Dear members, beste leden,

After more than a year of seeing each other via Teams and Zoom we are very glad to invite you to the Lulofs herfstsymposium, which will take place in person at the Amsterdam Science Park!  

On Friday November 19 2021, we will meet at 15:00 in lecture hall C0.05 (Building 904) for two interesting presentations, followed by a drink to catch up with your fellow alumni and current UvA staff and students.

We have the following two speakers lined up for you:

• Reinder Storm, curator of cartography, geography and travels at the Allard Pierson museum.
• Peter Vos, geologist at TNO and editor of the Atlas of the Holocene 
  

We look very much forward to seeing you all at the symposium. To give us an estimate of the number of people that will attend, we would like to ask you to register via the link below.

The lecture hall has streaming facilities, which makes it possible to livestream the presentations via Zoom for members that cannot attend the symposium in person. If you would like to attend the livestream, you can indicate this in the registration form.

How to reach Science Park

Science Park is easy to reach via public transport (bus 40 from Amstel and Muiderpoort station or via the Science Park train station). There are parking facilities as well, but these are limited. You can find more information about reaching Science park here.
