Next Lulofs Symposium: March 22nd
We would like to invite you to the next Lulofs Symposium and post-symposium drink, both taking place at our familiar UvA Science Park 904 location! On Friday March 22nd, we will start at 15:00 in hall C1.112 for presentations. We have put together the following program for you:
-
Emiel van Loon & Carina Hoorn (program directors of the BSc Future Planet Studies and MSc Earth Sciences) will give a short update on current developments in both programs.
-
Jan Peter Lesschen (Senior researcher Soil and Climate at the WUR) will talk about carbon sequestration in agricultural soils.
-
Albert Tietema (Associate Professor at the UvA) will talk about the research on nitrogen deposition that was published last year: "Nitrogen deposition in dairy farms: spatial and temporal patterns"
After the formal program, we will continue with drinks and a snack to catch up with your fellow alumni!
We look very much forward to seeing you all at the Symposium in March! You can already register for the symposium via the link below! |
